Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

SHIPPING

The Gold List is a boutique operation. Our priority is to get you your order in a timely, yet reasonable manner. Orders ship within 3-7 business days. In rare circumstances orders ship within 14 business days–you will be notified of longer shipping times.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Gold List is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not ship packages in identifiable packaging to reduce risk of theft. Please use a shipping address that is safe and secure. We do not cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor do we have the authority to collaborate with the shipping company to locate your packages in the case that they are lost.

RETURNS

All items are available for store credit only. No refunds are permitted.

Items must be returned in original conditions, packaging, and packing slips. When a return is accepted and approved, you will be issued a store credit within 10 business days from the receipt of the return.

Return shipping fees are not covered by The Gold List.

REFUND POLICY

Items from The Gold List Vintage collections are pre-loved and come with signs of wear. Each piece is professionally cleaned and, as needed, treated. It is our goal to deliver you pieces that you love and will wear over and over. But we understand that sometimes a piece does not work. 

All items are available for store credit only. No cash refunds are permitted.
